- Zest and Juice of 5 Tangerines
- 5 Madagascar Vanilla beans (added on day 4)
Staggered Nutrient Addition Schedule
- Day 1:
- 1.25g North Mountain Supply Yeast Nutrient
- 0.625g North Mountain Supply Yeast Energizer
- Day 3:
- 1.25g North Mountain Supply Yeast Nutrient
- 0.625g North Mountain Supply Yeast Energizer
Secondary Fermentation
- 1 lb lactose
- possibly a little more added before bottling
- POSSIBLE 2-3 Madagascar Vanilla beans
