Ferment in warm, dark place for 24 hours
Carboy (after 24 hours)
- 6.5 12 fl oz bottles Steward’s Orance ‘n Cream soda
- 20 fl oz spring water
- 1 packet Lalvin EC1118 yeast
- 2lbs Orange Honey
Staggered Nutrient Addition Schedule
- Day 0: After pitching yeast, add:
- 1.25g North Mountain Supply Yeast Nutrient
- 0.625g North Mountain Supply Yeast Energizer
- Day 2:
- 1.25g North Mountain Supply Yeast Nutrient
- 0.625g North Mountain Supply Yeast Energizer
- Day 4:
- 1.25g North Mountain Supply Yeast Nutrient
- 0.625g North Mountain Supply Yeast Energizer
- Day 7:
